Jaký je princip Carnotova cyklu ?

What is the principle of Carnot?

The principle of Carnot is based on changes of state. The medium can be any substance that changes its state from liquid to gas and back. Refrigerants, or specially developed media which evaporate in temperatures that are beneficial for us are used.

The refrigerant evaporates in a vaporizer and takes heat from surrounding environment (did you ever see a lighter during destruction from which will instantly evaporate air? And did you ever see the icing formed on it?), in the gas phase it is compressed by the compressor, in order for it condensate and pass on the heat to condensator during high pressure. After the decrease of pressure through expansion valve it will get back to the vaporizer, and so on.

In another words, the temperature of the refirgerant is different during condensation and evaporating in different pressures. On one hand the compressor is taking care of the pressure change which increases it, and on the other hand, the expansion valve decreases it.
