For realization of this vision:
a company Caltheo was created, so it can produce and deliver high-quality products for the european market, which will safe the environment and save its customers cost for heating. Because of its feeling for heat pumps and mostly because of many-year experience of its chief staff, the company is steadily gaining new and new customers.
Since its establishement, the company is highly focusing on inovation and technical development.
The company is achieving high-quality production and reasonable prices thanks to its production location in modern industrial zone in China. Therefore it is using available supply of highest-quality components of all important world producers, and it is using its connection to a partner organization - one of main producers of air conditioning and heat technology. The prodction takes place with concordance to ISO 9001 and the quality of its products is continuously monitored.
For its new heat pump Caltheo AWM series the company invested not-small financial, technical and even mental resources. Therefore, high-quality products, which will surely make you happy with its performance, silence, and efficiency, were created.
At this time, the company is focusing on broadening of its sortiment and broadening its service area and assembly organizations.
Experience of our team with heat pumps:
- y. 2000: creation of its own experimental heat pump (ground-water, R22 refrigerant, piston compressor) at a time when other producers of heating systems such as Buderus, Stiebel-Eltron, etc. didn't supply heat pumps. At the time, heat pumps were basically unavailable in the Czech Republic
- y. 2001: Monitoring of the heat pump with internet visualization (www.vytapeni.cz), comparing of low-temperature sources (surface, collector, sump), cooperation with Doc. Brožem from ČVUT
- y. 2004: a win in tender of realization of a prestigeous contract, listed by ČVUT for a reconstruction of a machine room of heat pumps and solar collectors in a training center of ČVUT in Herbertov.
- y. 2003 - 2008: realisation of tens of heat pumps ground-water to family houses (air, area collectors and bores)
- y. 2009: realization of a prestigeous contract - installation of seven high-power heat pumps in Řečkovice hospital as a replacement for a gas boiler.
- y. 2010: cooperation (together with french and chinese company) for developement of heat pumps air-water with R410A refrigerant consisting of components from major world producers, cooperation for power test TUV-SUD according to ČSN 114511, cooperation for introducing heat pumps AWM to the market, cooperation for assessment to complience by czech division of TUV-SUD (in France the heat pumps are sold by French distributor under different brand name.)
- y. 2010: establishement of Catheo tepelná čerpadla s.r.o. as a seller of heat pumps in the Czech market.
- y. 2010: production of 30 pcs. of heat pumps AWM (base unit in desired factory in China, Guangzhou, wiring in Czech Republic in a desired manufacturing plant.
